The great thing about travel is that with recent social media platforms booming in todays society, we get a chance to all connect and become one big community of like-minded, adventure-seeking, ever-wandering travelers.

For example, one of my favorite travel communities is Girls LOVE Travel (GLT). Check them out! It’s a “global community of both active and aspiring female travelers providing resources and empowerment to one another through safety, socializing and support”. This site is a great way to meet other women doing exactly what you’re doing, and more often than not, they are doing it alone!
